Ajban Defense Industry & Technology Exhibition is supported by Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technologies (MoIAT) and Ministry of Defense (MoD). Ajban Defense Industry & Technology aims to help the UAE defense manufacturers identify new suppliers within the United Arab Emirates. It further aims to create In-Country-Value, to reduce import of goods, to increase independence and supplier choices, to creating new jobs and contracts in the UAE.

The UAE Defense industry witnessed remarkable progress in the past decade and has started exporting its know-how and products to the region and the entire world. However, despite the presence of thousands of factories in the country, it is estimated that more than 80% of the supplies in the defence manufacturing sector are so far imported from foreign suppliers outside the UAE.
Ajban Defense Industry & Technology Exhibition was designed to address this challenge. It aims at helping UAE defense manufacturers identify new suppliers within the UAE, thus reducing exported money, increasing independence and supplier choices, creating new jobs and contracts in the country.
All exhibitors will be admitted based on the criteria and need set by the various defence manufacturers. Visitors will be able to meet with major defence manufacturers base in the UAE.
